Deep red with youthful purple hue. This wine is perfumed and fresh with dark fruits like mulberry showing through.
The palate is full with sweet fruits characterising this wine. It abounds in Shiraz varietal notes such as ripe raspberry/ mulberry fruit, chocolate tannin and hints of pepper. 12 months in oak also adds complexity and spicy notes.
Food Suggestions: Savoury Lamb shanks or steak with anchovy butter sauce.
